Tania Acevedo, MA, LPCC

Founder & Chief Clinical Officer
Tania is a bilingual Clinical Supervisor and licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health. Tania has a strong track record of achievements in clinical case management, crisis assessment and intervention, evidence-based treatment. Tania has led programs enabling clientele from various socio-economic backgrounds to achieve stabilization, recovery, and rehabilitation. Tania is a Riverside native, with a BA in Psychology from CBU and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Redlands.

Maatisak Gipson, MSW, LCSW

Primary Therapist
Maatisak brings over 36 years of clinical experience supporting clients across the lifespan in diverse mental health and substance use settings. A trauma specialist with a rich background in leadership, Maatisak has directed inpatient programs and provided oversight for clinical quality and risk assessment. At Sol Women's Treatment, she utilizes evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients work through challenges and develop skills they can utilize throughout life. Maatisak’s holistic and compassionate approach reflect a lifelong commitment to healing women.

Fabiola Pacheco, MSW, LCSW

EMDR Therapist
Fabiola is a bilingual licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified EMDR Therapist. She has the highest level of EMDR certification available through EMDRIA® certification standards of care. Fabiola specializes in treating PTSD, single trauma, and complex trauma through a holistic mind and body approach. While Fabiola runs a private practice of her own, she devotes time as an EMDR trauma specialist to see clients at Sol each week. Fabiola's goal is to improve individuals overall health and wellbeing by providing quality and effective mental health services.

Alejandro Alva, MD

Medical Director
Dr. Alejandro Alva, M.D., is the Medical Director at Sol Women's Treatment. Dr. Alva specializes in innovative treatments for psychiatric disorders and chemical dependency, integrating insights into ethnicity and gender's impact on pathological conditions. His extensive career spans more than 30 years and includes leadership roles in detoxification and rehabilitation across various settings, including the VA Medical Center in Long Beach and Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. Dr. Alva completed medical school at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico, followed by a psychiatric residency at the University of California, Irvine.

Shahrzad Arjomandi, PA-C

Psychiatric PA-C
Shahr is a dedicated psychiatric physician assistant with extensive experience working across various levels of care. She specializes in helping adults manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including major depressive disorder (MDD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and co- occurring disorder. At Sol, Shahr creates a supportive, trusting environment where individuals can feel safe addressing their mental health challenges and achieving lasting recovery.

Monique Hutchinson is a board-certified Physician Assistant with extensive clinical experience in internal medicine, substance use disorders, pain management, and their connection to mental illness. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a double major in Psychology and Pre-Medicine, and has contributed to memory research and neuropsychiatric education. Now serving the Orange County community, Monique is passionate about mentoring future healthcare professionals and making a lasting difference in her patients’ lives.

Meagan Love, PA-C, serves as the psychiatric provider at Sol Women’s Treatment, bringing extensive experience in psychiatry and mental health care. She graduated cum laude from the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health and earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from South University in Tampa, FL. Meagan is nationally board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Meagan is dedicated to improving patient health and enhancing quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Jenni Hall, RAC

Case Manager & Counselor
Jenni is a registered substance use disorder counselor with a background in providing co- occurring mental health and substance use case management and treatment. She has experience delivering compassionate care in both residential and outpatient settings. Jenni's pursuit and passion is the collaborative development of treatment plans which integrate supportive services, evidenced based therapies, and optimize meaningful, lasting success.

Lauren Sardia, BS, MS

Registered Drug & Alcohol Technician
Lauren Sardia, RADT is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Addiction Treatment and Recovery. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate recovery through a compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach. Lauren is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Soundbath and Mindfulness Facilitator
Angel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, serving individuals and communities impacted with behavioral challenges and mental health disorders. Her goal as a holistic practitioner is to educate and empower individuals to lead values-driven lives through mindfulness and self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-management practices. Angel believes that everyone has the ability to reach their goals, she supports them in reaching those through her holistic practices at Sol.

Kassie Bach, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a BS in Nutrition and Food Science and a BA in Psychology. With extensive clinical and community nutrition experience across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and public health programs, Kassie specializes in evidence-based nutrition therapy and behavior-focused counseling. She integrates her background in nutrition and psychology to support women navigating mental health challenges, emotional eating, trauma, and recovery. Kassie provides compassionate, practical, and science-driven guidance to help women at Sol build a healthier relationship with food.

Health & Fitness Coach
Diana is a NASM-certified personal trainer and certified Health and Wellness Coach. She holds degrees in Kinesiology and Social and Behavioral Sciences, with specialized certifications in women’s fitness and peri menopausal and menopausal coaching. Diana takes a holistic approach to women’s wellness, believing that movement is medicine and strength is vital at every stage of life. She coaches with heart, patience, and safety, supporting women in building strong, confident bodies and sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

Blanca Wright, CYT

Breathwork Facilitator
Blanca Wright is a bilingual 500hr registered yoga teacher and is dedicated to creating sensitive, inclusive, and empowering opportunities for healing through movement, breath, and meditation. Trained in trauma-informed ways of facilitating and a deep understanding of the nervous system, she guides folks in reconnecting with their bodies, cultivating resilience, and fostering self-compassion. Blanca integrates mindfulness, grounding techniques, and inviting presence in her practice at Sol. She approaches holistic practice as a tool for self-discovery, personal growth, and incremental, profound healing.
