A Safe Space for Women to Heal, Recover, and Reconnect

At Sol Women’s Treatment, we understand that healing is not linear, and neither is life. That’s why our outpatient programs meet women where they are, whether they’re navigating the aftermath of trauma, facing substance use disorder, or managing complex mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, or dual diagnosis.
Speak With Our Admissions Team
What makes Sol different is not just what we treat, but how we treat it. Our intimate, all-female environment allows for deeper therapeutic work, guided by licensed professionals who offer structure without judgment and care without compromise. This is a place for reinvention, reflection, and rebuilding, in a setting designed to support your growth every step of the way.

We welcome women from across Riverside and the greater Southern California area, including those from Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, or out of state stepping down from inpatient care.

Frequently asked questions

What is the first step if I want to explore treatment options?

At Sol, we understand there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding and treating mental health. Start by reaching out to us online or giving us a call at 951-972-5085. We'll walk you through the process and can schedule a tour of our facility.

What does a daily schedule of treatment look like at Sol?

10:00am-10:30am | Client arrival, relaxation, coffee (optional)
10:30am - 12:00pm | Meditative group session (ex: Mindfulness & Breathwork)
12:00pm - 12:30pm | Break for Lunch
12:30am - 2:00pm | Process group session (ex: DBT, Seeking Safety, Life Skills)
2:00pm - 3:30pm | Creative group session (ex: Music Therapy, Art Therapy)

Clients also receive individual therapy sessions with a therapist, psychiatry, nursing vital checks, bloodwork, case management for wraparound services, and massage therapy in our relaxation room.

Will my insurance cover my treatment?

We will walk you through the steps of using your insurance for treatment, determining if you have the proper coverage and what the authorization process entails.

Sol is currently an out-of-network provider with insurance companies, but most major carriers work with us. If you do not have out-of-network benefits, we may be able to seek a special arrangement with the insurance provider (called a single-case agreement). We are working with many insurance carriers to become contracted as an in-network provider.

Will treatment cost me anything out of pocket?

Prior to beginning treatment, we’ll work with you to gather information on your insurance policy. We can then verify your benefits by obtaining detailed coverage information.

During the verification of benefits process, we will consult with your insurance company and will obtain authorization requirements for different levels of care. After this consultation occurs, we will partner with you so you understand what to expect in terms of out of pocket costs (if any).

What types of treatment do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of group counseling and individual therapy. We always select the most appropriate treatment for you based on your symptoms and underlying conditions. You can read about several forms of therapy we offer on our 'Programs' page.

How do I know which level of care I need?

We offer treatment for levels of care including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient (OP). You can learn more about these on our 'Levels of Care' page. Our clinical team will assess the appropriate level of care for you and recommend placement into that program.

Do you treat co-occurring disorders?

Yes, we do treat co-occurring disorders. We know that substance-use disorders and mental health illness often present themselves together, or that one may follow the other. You can learn more about co-occurring disorder on our Conditions page.

How many clients are treated at a given time at Sol?

We offer group counseling for no more than 10 clients per facilitator. Individual therapy, case management, and psychiatry are always done individually to provide the necessary privacy and attention for our clients.
